REFUND & CREDIT POLICY
King Philip Soccer Association (KPSA) will honor refund or credit requests under the following conditions:

Season-ending injury or illness occurring before the first game or skills session, provided a doctor’s note is submitted prior to the season start.

Relocation outside of Norfolk, Wrentham, or Plainville, with notice given to the registrar before the first game or skills session.

Withdrawal within 15 days of the opening date of the specific program’s registration period.
NO REFUNDS issued once rosters are completed.
Jersey orders are non-refundable as all uniforms are customized and produced to order.
Late fees are non-refundable. A $10 processing fee will be applied to all check or credit card refunds; this fee does not apply if a registration credit is issued to the family account.
To request a refund, please contact the Registrar. If a refund request is denied, the decision may be appealed to the KPSA Board.
King Philip Soccer Association reserves the right to refuse participation in its programs if it is felt that there is sufficient concern/cause to restrict participation.
